Scaring myself at 6 in the morning

yes, as most of you know i have a very twisted sleeping pattern but today was when i stayed up the latest. i went to sleep at bloody 9 am this morning LOL.. what was keeping me up you ask? well i don't even fucking know okay but i stumbled upon these things called toyols.. basically what they are, is these, i guess resurrected, miscarried or aborted infants that do mischievous deeds for its carer in exchange for protection and food. it's scary cos the owner has to full treat the toyol as if its their own child, you know like have offerings of milk, sweets and toys for it in order to keep it happy as it is still a child. this is a malay thing okay and they say that if someone becomes rich in a short amount of time or if someone is missing things here and there, then a toyol is suspected to be behind it. in order to keep valuables from being taken by the toyol you can either set up distractions so that it will play with it long enough until it forgets its objective since it is a kid after all, or you can store the valuables above needles as they are terrified of being pricked by them or store them below a mirror as they have a phobia of their own reflections. also there's this thing where you have to feed them a few drops of your blood on the 14th of every month, if not they will forcibly drink some from your toe LOLOLOOOLOLOL. they are stored in this urn or jar and come out at night i think.. i also found out that all toyol's ultimate wish is to be reborn as a human baby but some choose to stay as a toyol as reincarnation takes a long time, and they might have to be reincarnated as an animal first and go through this whole cycle, but the carer can also choose the have the toyol take over their baby whilst its still in the womb. generally boys are used more as opposed to girls, as they are more jealous and vicious and are harder to restrain or control. the girls tend to form a stronger bond with its carer therefore it gets jealous easily. a toyol would normally obey its commands unless treated poorly or if there is a baby on the way in which they will turn jealous. after time, if the bond between the carer and its toyol is strong enough, it is said that they can communicate via le mind~ sometimes the toyol even knows that its master is planning to get rid of it, in which the toyol will makes sure that their master will have the same fate. HAHA OKAY YOU KNOW THAT FEELING WHERE YOURE SUPER FASCINATED YET IT KINDA SCARES YOU AT THE SAME TIME? yeah well as much as i wanted to keep researching it, i found myself to be quite on edge. then i somehow found this story on reddit no sleep and from then on i just kept reading stories on reddit.. til fucking 9 HHAHAHAHAAH. if only i can write essays like the way i just did with this post..
